My first name is pronounced "KURSE-ten." When I was a kid, other kids used to joke that I must be a witch because I put curses on people. Kids can make fun of any name. The funny thing is that after I tell that story, nobody ever forgets my name.
I’ve spent my career solving problems, coordinating people, and staying calm when things get complicated.
Whether it’s a contractor meeting, a property issue, a repair project, or an unexpected challenge, my first question is always the same:
“How can I help?”
