No. I coordinate, document, monitor, communicate, and help keep projects moving.
Are you a contractor?
No. I am not acting as the construction contractor. I help owners, Realtors, investors, and property professionals coordinate and document what needs to happen.
Do you meet contractors and vendors?
Yes.
Can you wait at a property for deliveries or repairs?
Yes.
Can you collect estimates and proposals?
Yes.
Do you provide photo updates?

Can you meet vendors without me there?

Can you work with my Realtor, contractor, tenant, or property manager?
Yes.
Do you handle one-time projects?
Yes. One-time appointments, ongoing project support, Realtor support, investor support, property visits, and emergency coordination are available.
Are you insured?
Yes. KLMRDA Project Solutions LLC is insured and carries both General Liability and Professional Liability (Errors & Omissions) coverage. I understand that clients are trusting me with access to their properties, projects, vendors, and schedules. Maintaining appropriate insurance coverage is part of my commitment to professionalism and peace of mind. Proof of insurance is available upon request.
