Lock Box Installation
$75 Flat fee. Lockbox included Need a lock box installed quickly? I'll install a standard lock box at your property and send photo confirmation once it's in place. This service does not include property entry, inspection, or verification of property condition.Property Support & On-Site Coordination
$75/hr 1-hour minimum. Additional time billed in 15 minute increments- Property access
